Isabella is one of the few villains of the Under. She works with the M.C., and is more than happy to carry out any of his bidding. She has stated she was responsible for chopping down the apple orchard many many years ago, at the M.C.s request. From this wood the first brooms were made, including her own who later became known as Izzy.
Like the M.C., Isabella doesn't particularly care for the Crobs, and will go so far as to destroy any crob eggs she finds.
Theft of Izzy[]
Isabella is a sweeper, however, she is also very adamantly not a member of the Sweeper’s Union on account of her unyielding loyalty to the M.C. And while she is employed as a sweeper, she doesn't care for it all that much and would often send her broom out to do the work alone.
On occasion, Timesprites would come across her broom, murmuring as she swept. Sometimes, the broom would only cry and leave a trail of tiny apples. Seeking to understand why the broom was crying, the Timesprites waited with her until Isabella returned. When she did, Isabella remarked how dirty the broom was, swept for less than a minute, then declared her job complete. She left once more and told her broom to finish the work.
The Timesprites continued following the broom, all the way to the Underground Pool, and through a side tunnel until arriving at a tattered pink umbrella. Shortly thereafter, Isabella returned. When handed her broom, Isabella threw it violently against the wall and gave warnings about defying the M.C. before again leaving.
Stunned by these actions, the Timesprites decided to steal away Isabella's broom so that she could not abuse them any further. For a week, Big Egg carried Isabella's broom along with Fox McCloud. Other Timesprites helped in the cause, in particular Small Golden Cheese.
After some time had passed, Isabella began complaining to other Timesprites how sad she was that her broom had been stolen, and that she couldn't believe anyone would do such a thing. These complaints were heard by Burniece who stepped in to assess the situation. Through her special bond with broomkind, Burniece summoned Isabella's broom. She listened to both sides, but came to the conclusion that Isabella truly needed to be unbonded from her broom. Burniece then left with Isabella's broom.
Burniece awarded Big Egg a medal of honor for stepping in to help a broom in need, and when Small Golden Cheese was at last initiated into the Sweeper's Union, Burniece presented them with Izzy, knowing the bond was already strengthening.
Catnapping of Kitanya[]
She claims to have catnapped Kitanya and turned her into a Sashimi Mimi. Taunts have been made to Timesprites that Kitanya had been made into wet food, and to Kelly that Kitanya had been put into an urn under the Observatory. These claims haven't been proven, however, and Kitanya herself has reappeared to state that this was never the case.
Drying Out The Under[]
Isabella is also trying to drain the water from across the whole Under. While many of the skeletons and sweepers wish The Under to return to its once lush green landscape, Isabella has sided with the cats who wish The Under to remain a dry desert. It is unclear her exact motivations in the matter, but it's suspected she's receiving some sort of guidance from the M.C. on the matter. Others have also joined her in this endeavor, such as Thumbelina, who faithfully sweeps up any water found around the bar.
